bully special 

Bully special is a type of cocktail that became a favourite of UK gamblers in the late 90's to either celebrate winning - or drown sorrows when losing. It consists of 3 parts scotch, 3 parts Absynth, 2 parts pineapple juice and 1 part rum. It is quite vile in taste, expensive and very bad for the consumers health. They are sometimes served lit on fire for dramatic affect.

Ian went to the bar and asked Dave what he fancied, Dave said come on then, get me a Bully Special. They both ended up in the local jail later that night!

bully state 

A variation of the police state where a police force acts more as bullies than police. A typical bully will pick on people that he/she knows to have no problem picking on without fear of retaliation but shying away from "someone your own size." In a bully state, police officers have absolutely no trouble cracking down on truly trivial matters, especially "victimless crimes" such as: 90% of misdemeanors (MIPs, pissing in public, use of mild drugs, "open containers"), more than half of all traffic violations (speeding within the 5-10mph "cushion", running a yellow light, etc), however when it comes to matters truly relevant or life endangering, they hesitate to crack down or have a "protocol" involving a heavy bureaucracy that makes it not worth it

my house gets taken over by Crips but the police don't do jack shit! I drive with an empty beer bottle in my trunk left there by my MOM because it fell out of the bag of bottle deposit bottles? I get a fucking misdemeanor! This is no police state, it's a fucking BULLY state!

Billy’s Bolmph-‘Gin 

1. Short for William Taft IV’s Do-It-Yerself-Hand-Cranked-Bolmph-Engine. A mechanical apparatus invented during late 18th century by a southern plantation owner. Invention’s whose sole purpose is to stimulate the penis for masturbation. It consists of a wicker chair with an unsanded, unvarnished wooden box or cylinder that could be swiveled in place over the lap. Device was operated by a cast iron handle and crank on the right side to create a vibrating motion by turning a number of gears, sprockets and ratchets. Later models included a cast iron lever on the left side to simulate a pulling motion on the penis. When first tested by William in 1787 he was killed shortly after, when the lever broke off due to rapid pulling; and he drove several large wooden splinters into his pubic region, which became infected.
