One who claims item is sent, when it has not been.
Often on eBay they’ll create a label w/ tracking number, but never send the item

Don’t buy from that seller as they’re a known bullshipper.

A person who smokes a large amount of marijuana and exaggerates things or makes them up.

Guy: Do you think Dave really caught a 200lb bass?
Guy 2: No. Dave is a chronic bullshitter. The more he smokes, the bigger the bass gets.
