A procedural mistake, made while attempting to follow a set of instructions or directions.

Pronounced 'büf (as in "boot", but with an f instead of a t).

I think I made a booff; I was a supposed to turn left two blocks ago.

Booff

Two stroke turbocharged, long track mountain snowmachine, or snowmobile for those outside of AK. Examples: Polaris Matryx RMK Boost, Skidoo Summit Expert, or older model with Boondocker kit added. Must make tu-tu-tu-tu noises for full Booffage.

You never go full BOOFF.

Good way to cure a hangover is to go out for a BOOFF.
