The Belsnickel is like another Santa but dirty and worse. Dwight Schrute was mean to be him. He comes every Christmas and he decides if you have been impish or admirable. He has a list. If you are admirable you receive a gift from Belsnickel, but if you are impish you get a smack from him. So I suggest you should be admirable.

James: Do you think Belsnickel will think i'm admirable?
Taylor: Ya I think so.
James: Man I hope so. I don't want to get another smack this year.

belicheater (noun): a person that cheats so openly and then acts all arrogant about it that it is clear to anyone but an NFL-commissioner that such a person should be banned from the sport for life.
