The degeneracy within degeneracy. Although all forms of degeneracy are not possible some have attractive stigma attached to them (gansters etc.) but banditry is pure degeneracy. There is no code no flash nothing but pure foulness.
Man there was so much banditry there everybody was smoking k2 and shoplifting benadryl and robitussin
