Etymology: Middle Class American Descriptive Expletive, from Anglo-French "boules aux murs",
1: usually something extremely unbelieveable: something that has elevated something ordinary to new levels of incredulity.
2: something ridiculously defining and causing one to pay closer attention, as though ones testicles have just been body slammed hard into a solid surface such as a wall, or pavenment, or something equally dense and painful in the slamming.

Ballscratch
A way of gently scratching a sensitive area, like the ballsack. This is done by placing open hand, palm down, just above itchy area, then bending and extending fingers repeatedly, causing nails to softly scratch area in a downward motion, without hurting the testicles.
A) "My nuts are sore from banging all night, and itchy 'cause I got crabs."

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
