Who are you, and what have you done with 

Used to express astonishment when somebody says or does something completely out of character. The only possible explanation is that they've been replaced by an alien shape-shifter who looks exactly like them, but acts differently.

The phrase is a parody of the cliché found in old movies, when somebody returns home to find their lover gone and a stranger in their place.

Are you gonna go A.D., or are you sticking with B.C.? 

A question that asks if a society or group is going to join the modern era (A.D.) with technology and advanced ethics or if they are going to live in the Bronze Dark Ages (B.C.) with immoral values such as stoning people to death. A choice between embracing the modern world fully rather than keeping one hand on advanced technology while being barbaric with the other hand. The choice to advance all aspects of a society rather than just the military. Modernization of only some aspects of a society doesn't mix with keeping backwards with the rest, as it just doesn't work.

Means the same thing as:
What is WRONG with you?
Are you STUPID?
Are you HIGH?

Basically used if you don't understand how someone could ask a really stupid question.
Or if they will not leave you alone.

Girl 1: The sun goes around the Earth, right?

Girl 2: OhmiGAWD what are you DOING with your life?

Boy: keeps taking girl's phone while she's working

Girl: "Fucking knock it off!"

Boy: puts phone back on table, waits a few seconds & looks away, then takes phone again
