Ajapsandali 

Ajapsandali (Georgian: 'აჯაფსანდალი'):
1. Georgian dish; Eggplant stew with some tomatoes, sweet pepper, potatoes, herbs and some spices (Would be pretty close to Ratatouille); Also popular in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Northern Caucasus.
2. In Georgian slang the word is also used as a description of the variety/diversity of events, subjects, things etc.
