When somebody is experiencing an extreme situation, and shrug with complete indifference because he has seen 1000 times worst.

John witshurged when the guy pointed his revolver at him because he knew he wasn't ready to kill. John got shot numerous times and he's able to recognize real killers from fake thugs.

When his friend asked him how he could witshrug when his life was in danger, he answered "I come from Medellin's guetto Pablo, this guy wouldn't kill a fly sucking his balls' dry"
