A whord used by people who unnecessarily pronounce h's in whords starting with 'w' whether or not they have them in the whord. A synonym for weird.

"Brian, now you're just being wheird"

2) Used to imply that someone is bragging about something, often jokingly.

Weird flex but ok 

To flex means to boast or show off about something. The phrase 'weird flex but ok' is said when someone proudly boasts or brags about something that most people would find either awkward, irrelevant or just plain weird. It's usually stated in a dismissive fashion.

Girl 1: "I'm dating my firend's dad, if we ever get married I'll become her stepmom!"
Girl 2: ... Weird flex but ok.

Person 1: "Yo, I finally hooked up with my cousin on Thanksgiving."
Person 2: ... Weird flex but ok.

weird (but in a good way) 

It means that your acceptable weird. Some people are weird, but it's like dorky weird. People who are weird in a good way are not dorky but they have their own style, they're not scared to be themselves, and they stand out as different in a good way. Overall it's a compliment for the most part.

A premise of connected bullshit online advertisements that claim to give you things you simply can't have, for a simple monthly fee along with your personal information, which undoubtedly transmits through a secure, non virus-contaminated internet connection that's not being patrolled 24/7 by identity thieves. They offer things like bigger penises and slimmer waistlines because they want to make an offer no one's ever thought of before!

Husband: "Honey - I saw this add on the internet about a penis enlargement, and look what it did for m -" SPPLATTT!
