History :
Created in 1702 by Mr Fidel Garza. Mr Fidel Garza was born in Harlingen Texas ( 956 ) in 1673 and died in Harlingen Texas in 1718. Mr Fidel was an orchestra conductor and is very popular in mariachi. He was a teacher in orchestra for 3 years. He created the word " Vallican " to describe people in the valley ( Texas , Harlingen )
The word " Vallican " can be used as a slur only to people in the valley . His creation for the word became popular.

Vallican describes any hispainc in the valley of 956. For example Edgar's and Latinas.
