someone who has a twitter account, yet believe themselves to be too boring to post regular updates while still managing to criticize everyone else on their lack of twitter activity.

Guy 1: you have twitter but never use it...what a waste of time!
Guy2: neither do you, so cut the shit and stop being a Twitticiser.
Guy 1: you make a valid point, i now see right from wrong.
