My father was in the mall when he saw vlogger and had a panic attack!

Tuberous

Used to describe an inconsistent person/ situation that is hard to get a read on. Like riding a tube slide, too many twists and turns, and leading to friction/ discomfort.

They’re so tuberous, I never know what to expect.

Wish my boss would give me a good evaluation but they are so tuberous.
