A trumpire is in charge of officiating and enforcing rules and making bad judgments that only serve the 'trumps'.
The term is often shortened to the colloquial form 'trump'. The trumpire works soley for himself and his empire while also serving some elite or members of the 1%.

Trumpflake 

Someone who Reaches far for anything to defend their loser president who has done wrong. Trying to use other past person, place, or thing to steer the conversation away from Trump, they will use name call and playground bully mentality to save face when defending Trump, only to fail. They will even attack someone's FB page in order to defend their state of loserness... poor folks.
