Persona de poca inteligencia. Insulto.

Apócope de "tonto del haba". Expresión proviniente de la tradición de comer un roscón el 6 de enero. El roscón estaba relleno, además de su relleno comestible, con dos objetos: un rey y una haba. Al que le tocaba la haba al comer su trozo, tendría la obligación de pagarlo.
