A word used to describe someone what is entitled, manipulative, and says things ahead of themselves in most context with little prior knowledge. The friend who complains about having no friends, trying to be better than the few friends they have.

Also called a teepy Jim, which means all that but they're in complete denial.

"John's being teepy as fuck, I'm going to leave."
"I'm sick of Tom begging my wife for feet pics 'as a joke'. I'm going to confront that teepy Jim"
