When one realizes that another is so positively cool that they feel sorry for existing in the presence of that person who is being analyzed.

I symphatize for him; his presence makes me depressed about my own life in his shadow.

if ur girlfriend had a bad day, u just come up to her and say, "sweety u had a bad day, come here let me symphatize on you"
