Those people who are panic buying toilet rills, canned food, soap, anything they can get their dumbass hands on because they think that it will make them immune from illness. Also seen never washing their hands, and coughing on doorhandles, these cave dwellers are the reason sneezeguards exist.

If you have more than double the usual amount of toilet roll youd usually have at home, you might be a stocktard. currently theres no cure for stocktarditis, but scientists are working on it. In the meantime, please fuck off.

A combination of 'Social' and 'Retard'. Namely referring to those who lack the ability to relate socially to others. Commonly found in the auditing and accounting communities, a 'soctard' frequently fails to appreciate that they have an unpleasant and unlikeable way of communicating.
