When something is awesome or shocking, but in a very retarded or sped-like way. Person or things involved in it may or may not personally be of an entirely retarded nature.

Guy 1: Dude! Did you see Sam fingerpaint a penis on the wall using his own shit?
Guy 2: Yeah dude! It was spedulent!

An alternative name for the "short bus" or "tart cart." Combines "sped" (special education) with "ambulance."
