Spadola
A cup of coffee that consists of, and only of, 6 shots of espresso. If you have 12 shots of espresso in one cup - that would be a "Double Spadola" Named for Riccardo Spadola of NY Fame, who will ONLY have a Spadola in the AM and a Spadola at around 3:00pm. Unless he is doing some sort of network configuration, and then it's Spadolas all around all day.

Spagonia
A noun used for "good" things that bring pleasure. Tossed around a lot, the true and original use of the word is for "sexy women" and/or "marijuana".
When you see a sexy lady (or group of sexy ladies) walking down the street you would say, "Damn, check out those spagonias!"
When you wanna get high, and your looking for some weed say, "Hey man, you got some spagonia?"

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

Glippy
A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
* Often casual, ironic, or meme-y
* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”
Notes:
Not a brand name—just shorthand for the whole GLP-1 wave. Frequently shows up in online jokes, gym talk, and group chats where people pretend they’re *totally* doing it naturally.
