Smont

A person who can read small fonts on paper for screen without it hurting their eyes. To my knowledge, there is no work for people who can easily read small fonts; perhaps 10% to 20% of the US population, based on my co-workers)

1 - His desktop screen is filled with small icons. Because he is a SMONT, he has no trouble reading and finding icons.
2 - "Hey, smont, please increase the size of your document" (said during a MS-Teams meeting).

Shontel

Shontel is a hard worker. She has a lot of energy and never fails to make someone happy. She has inspired other people to work hard and never give up. It might seem she is happy, but she can lie very good. You need to be able to approach her without annoying her and do not ask her the same question over and over again. It makes her mad. Trust me. She has had a lot of tough times. She gets hurt very easily. So be careful. She can be sarcastic but not to the point where she is rude. She will sit with other people, and laugh while your not there. But you can’t be hurt. Because she has a big heart and she never fails to make me happy. Be thankful that you have a Shontel in your life and if you don’t, that really sucks.
