A piece of cloth, usually in the form of a rag, that is used to wipe away smegma from an uncircumcised penis. Often used to dislodge smegma before spontaneous sexual intercourse. The original purpose of a suit’s pocket square was to serve as a SmegRag for affluent men.
Seth: “Oh no, I have smegma and that girl wants spontaneous sex!”
