This word was first created to describe Twitch streamer Bebehabibi by Lilbro during one of Bebe's streams because he is incredibly slow at puzzles and fighting bosses. He spent 7 hours fighting Undyne and 3 fighting Papyrus.

An extremely toxic, malformed, smelly, slugdy, used, distressed, wrinckled Clunge/a poor quality item sold by clunge dealers (usually exchanged at £10 per item)
