A very disorganized, disgusting, disheveled person/group that you try and avoid ever bringing to your house for fear of them contaminating it.

Ignorant yet sober gay men who take numerous photos of sober gay people in attendance of a sober person's AA birthday party, and then post the numerous photos on Facebook. (A sober birthday celebrates one continuous year of being clean & sober.)
