Sleep deprived+angry
When one is so sleepdeprived and tired that they get irritated by every single thing around them.
Slangry people are experts at pointing out the negative around them.

Shcangry is a state of being. When a person or entity feels Shook, Confused and Angry (all three emotions at once) they are shcangry. Shcongry is used mostly in England where more sense stress is put on the "confused" portion of the word.
