Sleep deprived+angry
When one is so sleepdeprived and tired that they get irritated by every single thing around them.
Slangry people are experts at pointing out the negative around them.

A: Yo bro I bought ya ice cream
B: You imbecile! I am trying to eat healthy
A: Okay I'm bringing you a salad
B: You bitch, you want me to eat bland tasteless food!?

A: Ugh no you're slangry again! Sleep and please don't wake up till the end of the worlds
