Strecthgasm is a combination of two words. Strect and Orgasm.
Stretchgasm is the feeling you get if you wake up in the moring and you stretch. You feel go and your muscles get relaxed. It feels like an orgasm but more on the backside.

Sketchasaurus describes extreme situations exhibiting gross combinations of gnarly, risky, and scary things all in a "sketchy"-like manner.

The word is modeled after the tyranasaurus, the gnarly savage from jurassic park who tore shit up, ate people, and didn't give a fudge.
