Shvartze or Shvartza is a slang Yiddish word, which refers to roudy African Americans, who are usually from the Ghettos.

Plural Shvartze's

Look at that Shvartze eating fried chicken on the train.
Those Shvartze's are acting like animals, they belong in the zoo.
