Derivative of the more common "sokay" or "it's okay"
Used in a jokingly
condescending tone, when it is actually NOT OKAY. Used to place guilt onto the person.
Normally used in a
high pitched, falsetto voice, and often dragged out, or said quickly two times (ex: "sooooookay" or "SOOKAY! SOOKAY!"
"Oh,
you don't want to hang out? SOOKAY!, SOOKAY!.. I go alone, Sooookay"
"You're
seriously going to buy an
Xbox One instead of PS4?, you must enjoy basura. SOOOKAY!"
