1. Nickname for the Disney Channel star Selena Gomez. Many ask, why Selenita? Being half messican, It is meant to show respect for her culture. It means "Little Selena."

Origins: Used on celebrity gossip websites and livejournal communities. Started by Taivor, Pseudovirus, Hormoaning, and friends when they used it on ONTD, but were rudely banned shortly after and continued using the nickname at their own Disney Channel livejournal community, AnythingDisney.

2. In Spanish, it means moon dweller or inhabitant of the moon. This also connects to Selena Gomez due to her large head and fetus, almost alien, like features.
