To take a large pull of liquor generally from the bottle, can also refer to taking a drag from a cigarette or taking a hit from a pipe

Hey man I'm out of cigarettes give me a schweel off yours.

Hey give me that bottle of whiskey I need to take a schweel off of it.

Hey man pass it this way I'm going to take a schweel off that pipe.
