A person or selective group of people that are; inherently lazy, inept, completely incompetent, fail at all attempts to do anything, are repetitively late, claim a physical retardation that gets them out of work or allows them to avoid work, unintentionally present themselves as having no clue or being mentally slow; their 100% effort is the same as a mediocre persons 19.4%, typically removed from any job that has true significance and placed in a position where they can’t screw up anything significant; all hard workers tend to despise their existence. They are always the Frog never the Monkey!
