SP = Small Peen

Can be used for either gender.

Typically used in the midwest of the US its a very simple inside joke that you can use to confuse your friends who are on the outside of the joke.

Ex. (Victim, Caroline) "Wow I cant believe Caroline didn't punch that guy." "right tho?? what a SPC"

This is when someone who cannot spell writes something, checks back and realises it was mispelt and types (sp)} after it so they don't look as uneducated.
