1. A state of madness. Rhizo is an entity of insanity which is justifiable, in other words a madness coming from a legitimate cause such as stressful exam or a lesbian janitor hitting on you.
2. A person who uses phrases such as "whoi mi gyol" and "It is so them love it" then proceeds to smell their armpit.

A SWAT Truck deployed by the police during pursuits that will attempt to wreck your vehicle by ramming into you at full speed.

Originating from the 2019 game, Need For Speed: Heat which was developed by Swedish game developer, Ghost Games.

I kept being rammed by too many rhinos when trying to escape. Now I’m almost at 1% health. Hopefully they won’t come back and hit me again or else it’s game over for me.
