A Reuschebag is someone who picks up overtime, against the directive of his own union, when his employer had laid off fellow co-workers.
An airline furloughs pilots, and the pilots' union directs its membership to refrain from working extra. An individual who ignores this directive in order to make more money at the expense of his furloughed co-workers is a greedy Reuschebag.

Reuschals are amazing people! Especially since there is only one of them in DC. They have amazing personalities and usually have really dope beards. They are the best kickball players ever.
