When you have diarrhea so bad that you have nothing left to pass, and your ass starts retching. Similar to when you have nothing left to vomit, but from your anus's point of view.

A retcho, to retcho. Probably derived from "retchid" and "typo". Applied in the golf community for mistake in score (intentional or not).

Bobby shot a 7 on the last hole. He scored himself a 5. He proceeds to win the match by 1 stroke. He pulled a "retcho" on the other players. Bobby retcho'd his scores.
