A type of person that is smart but is acting retarded. This tends to be 'dads' with their dad jokes.

"Hey DJ, did you know that Hillary married Obama?"

"Maxwell, stop being so retardaded. Hillary is Bill Clinton in a suit."

"DJ, I thought you were good at politics."
