A term that came from the Roblox experience "Eternal Towers of Hell" in which describes players that are Remorseless skill and have stayed on Remorseless skill for too long.
People made this term to make fun of people who can't beat SC (Soul Crushing) towers and are too unskilled to do so.

Example 1:
A: Yo, I just beat Tower of True Skill.
B: You're a remcel lmao.

Example 2:
A is trying to beat a soul crushing tower for ages and they still can't beat one,
B: A is such a remcel.
C: For real.
