An orgasm that is immediately, or soon thereafter, regretted upon, as you were having sex with someone you should not have been having sex with.

I bumped into my bitch of an ex-girlfriend, and it ended with a solid regretgasm. I even yelled "NOOOOO" as I came, realizing my mistake.

A meal you instantly regret eating. Can be because of nutritional makeup, or the presumed havoc it will wreak upon your digestive tract, or any other reason.

I was hungry so I got the 2 for $5 deal at burger king and ate two whoppers. It was a regrettameal.

like forgetamine, another word for Ketamine, the drug. A strong narcotic, ketamine use can develop slight feelings of paranoia or a sense of regret.

I wish I hadnt done so much regretamine last summer I keep forgetting stuff.
