Its estimated to have been made 20,686,000,000 years ago, right after the Qrona-Borealis event. Nobody knows what had been used to construct such vehicle, but one thing is for sure; whatever it is, it is monumentally dangerous and could most likely end the universe's lifespan if handled poorly.
