Very similar in meaning to the term "brup" it is a compilation of the words "put it up" and in some non-sensical way is combined to make the word "prup" although it doesn't actually mean "put it up" at all.

Used in drinking scenarios more and more, it is becoming a term that college/university students find acceptable to use in the place of "brup" in some terms.

The "r" is usually rolled for a lengthy process to maximize the effect.

Prupaknickle 

The origin of this word is southern asian, but it can relate to several lantin terms. Basically, it means that you are annoying, nauziating or god damn irritating.
