Kids from ages around twelve to eighteen typically who grease back their hair like greasers from the late forties and fifties. Normally seen in older, urban areas with greasy rags hanging out of their pockets and combs. Usually carry a knife. Rolled up sleeves. Large belt buckles. Some delinquent pomadees smoke. The "pomade" part comes from the pomade they grease their hair with, and the "ee" as in absentee or a word of similar matter.
Person one: "Yeah, strutting around town like he's so special with his black shirt and cowboy boots. What a pomadee."
Person two: "Totally agreed. That pomadee needs to clean up himself."
