It is the feeling of being terrified AND suspicious. A combination of the words petrified and paranoid.

Petrinoed 

A shaft of the most magnanimous proportions. Usually happens after signing a huge contract.

Origin: After Bobby Petrino, a man of zero integrity, who in two years alone managed to sign 20 years worth of contracts and is yet to be loyal to one.

After signing a ten year contract with Louisville, Bobby left at the end of the year to coach the falcons. Louisville sure got Petrinoed.

Also works for people not named Bobby. Ex:
After guaranteeing that he would stay in Miami, Nick left and went to Alabama. Miami got Petrinoed big time.

As used on ESPN, named for former Louisville Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons coach Bobby Petrino, known for lying directly to everyone around him and jumping at the first scent of a buck.
