Being a nasty little pest. A small terror. Like a plague but not as deadly.

Johnny, why are you such a pestulant child?! That’s the 5th birdhouse you have blown up with fireworks and M80’s, this year alone!

Pestulous -
Note: This term most often applies to kids and the perplexing things they do.
1. The act of being a real pest.
2. Considerably more annoying than usual.

Usage -
"You kids are being especially pestulous today."
