Someone who supports correct grammar for better communication and less misunderstandings. Usually more laid back than a Grammar Nazi. Includes using correct grammar for ebonics and colloquialisms. Many times a grammar panther may correct by example instead of putting someone on blast.

(internet big-shot): you aint noe who your messin wit. im all ova this errbody noe me. there my people.

(rapping grammar panther): You don't know who you're messin' wit'. Cause obviously, you cain't match my wit. So step back and take a seat. This is a spelling match and you're already beat.

(big-shot): A man you ain't gotta go their. You know my school was busted.

Puncherello

Puncherello, named after officer John Poncherello, from the TV show CHIPS, is a game played while driving; requires two or more players. Object of game is to spot a police vehicle before other players do. First player to see a police vehicle and yell, " PUNCHERELLO" wins. Winner is rewarded by punching all other players on the arm. Game is continuous, never ends. Improves players skills of staying alert, aware, and on-the-lookout, for law enforcement. Multiple cop cruisers count for multiple punches. Police motorcycles, helicopters, horseback, and cyclists count, as well. Any player making a false or mistaken "Puncherello" will receive double the punches from all players. Yelling Puncherello while being pulled over by the police is an instant 20 punch win.

Puncherello is an awesome game; it keeps me aware of pigs, in the area. I stash my illegal items, punch my passenger, and make a quick getaway, before the pigs spot me. It is a win-win!

Is when a male is wearing shorts that are SOO short and tight that it pinches the dick and nut sack area. Opposite of "coochie cutters" as when a female wears "booty shorts" or tight tight shorts therefore cutting into the vagina area.
