Okuma is a resort for Americans in Okinawa Japan. It is in the north and is a long drive from the main base Kadena. Okuma has various activities to do. Like biking, all the water sports you can think of and golf. There are many rooms there. There are Cabins too. There is a shoppette there for you to rent movies, buy snacks and other various food. He has purple hair, often allowing people to call him a grape, and wears a white outfit with a checkered scarf, which he is also known for. He calls himself the Ultimate Supreme Leader.
