Oh My Fucking Noodly Apendage.
Variation on the well known OMFG or OMG for pastafarians.
Unlike OMG or OMFG however, it is mostly used to express ones excitement for something.

Omona was used in a k-pop song Tell Me by Wonder Girls which was a hit song in Korea in 2007.
