It is often directed to new skill-less traders who seem to know it all and spend ludicrous amounts of time on twitter spewing bullshit and sharing the most amateurish technical analysis charts. They often try to pass as industry veterans to bullshit other people, but have no less than a few months to 1 year under their belts. Tradingview has suffered an infestation of this new breed of trader following the crypto rally of 2017.
