When a happy, funny guy passes the drunk threshold, usually by one too many Jameson or other Whiskey drinks, and then suddenly starts to hate everyone around them and tells them he's going to 'f--k them up' or kill them.
"uh-oh Gina, I see Jimmy's eyes glazing over and he's calmly but cryptically telling Kyle he can just kill him. I guess Murdery Joe has officially arrived!"
