Mega meaning greater than super, amazing or awesome. The absolute highest level of "awesomeness".
Babe meaning a beautiful woman. So a Megababe is the ultimate in attractiveness, hair is perfect, body is perfect, mind is perfect. Megababe was first used as the name of a super heroine in a game. Originally a Supergirl type character but with greater feminine curves. So because of copyright she was named Megababe.

A few women have achieved the level of Megababe some include: Angelina Jolie during her role as Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider movies, Pamela Anderson before Tommy Lee, Marilyn Monroe, Lucy Lawless as Xena, Beyoncé, Scarlet Johansson among many others. Very few have been able to keep the Megababe title. Sex seems to destroy it.
Fictional Megababes include: Red Sonja, Wonder Woman, She Hulk(Yes skin color doesn't matter), Ms. Victory, Jessica Rabbit and others.
